Day of Week Divisions & Format

Every day of the week is designated as a 4-Player Team division or 2-Player Team division. A given day's division designation is determined during the registration process, with the majority of teams registering for a given day determining the division format. See Registration Form below for details.

• Weeknight divisions (Mon-Thu) have match times of 7:00pm and 8:00pm
• Weekend divisions (Sat-Sun) have match times of 1:30pm and 2:30pm

Season Length & Dates

The 10-week season begins on Monday, September 14 and ends on Sunday, December 6.

Holidays
• Thanksgiving Break will be November 23-29 with no scheduled matches

Courts may be available during holiday breaks for make up matches depending on Union Hall's schedule.

Each division will have a full day to make up matches during the official "make-up week" November 30- December 6. The last day to report scores may vary depending on division format and will be either December 1 or 6

Tournaments

4-Player Divisions and 2-Player Divisions will have separate Conference tournaments at the end of the season.

Tentative tournament dates are…
• 2-Player Conference Monday-Tuesday, December 7-8
• 4-Player Conference Saturday-Sunday, December 12-13

Tournament dates and format are subject to change as registration is finalized.

PRIZES
• First Place = 4x Registration Fee
• Second Place = 2x Registration Fee

Fees

• 2-Player team fees are $50 per team.
• 4-Player team fees are $100 per team.
Payment in cash is requested on the first day of play.

Registration Form

We use a "rank choice" system for determining day/division placement. You may indicate up to 3 preferred days/divisions that your team is available to play. If your first choice is unavailable due to lack of space or different division format, your team will be placed in your next choice. The League will do it's best to place teams according to their preference and will communicate directly regarding placement changes.

This season, we are offering both 4-Player and 2-Player teams the option to register for Saturday and Sunday divisions with the majority of registrations determining the final format.

Returning teams are given priority placement during a pre-registration period. Following that, registration is open to all with a first come, first served placement policy.

  • Existing Team Captains - Register on behalf of your entire team. Please indicate if your team is willing to accept individual "free agents"
  • Existing Team Member - Let your Captain register on behalf of your team
  • Individual / Free Agent - Register as an individual and we will do our best to place you with a team

Your email will be added to our Google Group list and only be used to communicate League business
If preferred over email. Your phone number will only be used to communicate league business
