Day of Week Divisions & Format

4-Player Team Conference
• Sunday Division - match times of 1:30pm and 2:30pm
• Wednesday & Thursday Divisions - match times of 7:00pm and 8:00pm

2-Player Team Conference
• Monday & Tuesday Divisions - match times of 7:00pm and 8:00pm

Important Dates

The 10-week season begins on Monday, September 14 and ends on Sunday, December 6.

Holidays
• Thanksgiving Break will be November 23-29 with no scheduled matches
Courts may be available during holiday breaks for make up games depending on Union Hall's schedule.

Each division will have a full day to make up games during the official "make-up week" November 30 - December 6.

Last days to record scores:
• 2-Player Conference - Tuesday, December 1
• 4-Player Conference - Sunday, December 6

Tournaments

4-Player Divisions and 2-Player Divisions will have separate Conference tournaments at the end of the season.

Tentative tournament dates are…
• 2-Player Conference - Monday-Tuesday, December 7-8
• 4-Player Conference - Saturday-Sunday, December 12-13

Tournament dates and format are subject to change as registration is finalized.

PRIZES
• First Place = 4x Registration Fee
• Second Place = 2x Registration Fee

Fees

• 2-Player team fees are $50 per team.
• 4-Player team fees are $100 per team.
Payment in cash is requested on the first day of play.

BYE WEEKS & MODIFIERS: Due to the number of teams and season length, WED and THU teams will have 1-2 Bye Weeks throughout the season. For teams playing 8 matches instead of the standard 9, a Modifier of 1.125 is applied to their Rank Point total.

Rank points are the primary factor determining a team's rank. A Win (regular and forfeit) is worth 2 points. A Loss is worth 1 point. A Loss By Forfeit is worth 0 points.

Score Differential is the secondary factor of determining rank. It is the total number of points a team scores across all matches (Scores For or SF) minus the total number of points scored against them across all matches (Scores Against or SA) divided by the total number of games played across all matches (GP). Differential = (SF-SA)/GP
